How to Add Hotmail and Live Email accounts to Outlook

Recently, Microsoft is releasing the next update for Hotmail service, promising to bring better webmail service. However, the new patch of Microsoft Outlook has appeared. So how to sign Hotmail through Outlook? Here I will help you solve that problem

With version 2010 Outlook works for multiple email accounts, including POP3, IMAP and Exchange accounts. The problem with POP3 and IMAP accounts is that they only sync email, not your calendar and contacts like Exchange. The easiest way to add Hotmail to Outlook is to install the Outlook Hotmail Connector (32 bit and 64 bit).

If you import your Hotmail account into your new Outlook account before installing the Hotmail Connector, Outlook prompts you to download the Hotmail Connector.

Add Hotmail Account to Outlook

Now you are ready to add your Hotmail account to Outlook. You will be greeted with the following screen. Click Next to continue setup.

Then select Yes and click Next again.

If you already have an email account set up in Outlook, you can add a new account by clicking File and then selecting Add Account.
