How to turn on "Auto Answer (Out of Call)" or "Out of Office Assistant"
For Microsoft Office Outlook 2016, 2013 and 2010
1.Click the File tab, and then click the Info tab in the menu.
2.Automatic Replies (Absent).
Note If you do not see this option, you are not using an Exchange account. Please go to this section: How to turn on Automatic Replies in non-Exchange accounts.
3.In the Auto Answer dialog box, select the Send Autoresponder checkbox.
4.If you want to specify a preset date and time range, select the Send only during this time range checkbox. Then set the Start Time, then set the End Time.
5.On the Inner My organization tab, enter the message that you want to send within your organization, and in the My organization's External tab, enter the message that you want to send outside of your organization.
6.Press OK.
7.If you selected the "Send only in this time range" option in step 4, Automatic Replies (Absent) will continue to run until you reach the date and time set for End Times in step 5
Also, the Automatic Replies (Absent) will resume running until you repeat step 1 and select the
